摘要
利用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对4种嵩草属(Kobresia)植物叶片的上、下表皮细胞特征进行了观察研究,并在光学显微镜下测量了上、下表皮细胞的大小、气孔器大小、气孔间距、气孔密度和气孔指数.结果表明:4种嵩草属植物叶有许多共同的特征,如表皮细胞具波浪状垂周壁、气孔器均分布在远轴面上,气孔器类型均为平列型等.4种嵩草属植物叶片两侧叶缘上均有刺毛,且线叶嵩草叶缘上的刺毛尖端有倒刺.气孔密度与气孔指数在种间差异显著(除高山嵩草和线叶嵩草之间无差异),可以作为嵩草属植物分类的辅助依据.
