摘要
目的了解湖南省级医院洁净手术室的空气净化状况,促进医疗机构加强对洁净手术室的审查和管理。方法于2006年7月至10月对湖南省7家省直医院的60间洁净手术室进行洁净度指标和相关技术指标的现场静态检测。根据GB50333—2002《医院洁净手术部建筑技术规范》、《消毒技术规范》(2002)和GB/T18204—2000《公共场所卫生检验标准方法》进行检测,并按GB50333—2002中的等级标准进行分级评价。结果Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级洁净手术室洁净度合格率为100%,相关技术指标合格率分别为83.3%(5/6),66.7%(8/12),90.3%(28/31),90.9%(10/11)。截面平均风速、换气次数、静压差、新风量合格率均为100%,温度、相对湿度、噪声合格率分别为96.7%,86.7%和98.3%。相对湿度与沉降菌呈正相关(等级相关系数为0.609,P=0.012),尘粒数与沉降菌菌落数呈正相关(等级相关系数为0.293,P=0.007)。结论新建洁净手术室主要参数如细菌菌落数和尘埃粒子数全部合格,但相关技术指标合格率较低,说明在硬件建设和管理上存在薄弱环节,应在设计、施工及使用阶段重视洁净手术室相关技术指标的审查和管理。
Objective In order to explore the air purification condition and enhance the inspection and management of clean operating rooms in Hunan provincial level hospitals.
