摘要
半导体激光器在光纤通信、信息存储与读取、作为高效泵浦源等方面的应用越来越广泛,因此对激光器驱动器的性能和安全保护有着很高的要求。本文阐述了半导体激光器驱动器安全保护电路的设计方法以及针对两种保护电路的仿真结果分析。结果表明该保护电路可以实现对驱动器的安全保护,可确保输出稳定的250mA电流。
