摘要
本文归纳了经济转型时期的特征事实 ,对现有各种解释这些特征事实的文献作了系统评述。这些解释基本上被归结为三类 :来自新古典主义、渐进主义和政策或战略论者 ,它们注意改革以来的已有成就和导致改革独特路径的具体因素 ,因而对改革作了片面的理解。基于制度主义的思路 ,相应地提出了一个理解改革的制度主义框架 ,它或许可以保持理解各类及不同时期经济转型的逻辑一致性和完整性。
This article summarizes the features of Chinese economic transition and reviews the literature on the explanation of these features. The explanation can be divided into three categories: neoclassicism, gradualism and policy or strategy. They focus on the achievements since reform and specific factors that led to the unique reform path; therefore, their explanations are not all-around. Based on institutionalism, it puts forward an institutional framework to understand reform. Hopefully, it will maintain the consistency and integrity of understanding various types of economic transition in different times.
