摘要 利用倾斜浇注方式实现金属层流态下的重力自补,是一种既经济又可靠的工艺方法,它解决了铸件局部热节的补缩问题,同时对大平面铸件又有效地克服了夹砂、气孔及由于铸件各部分的冷却速度不同造成的收缩过分不一致而引起的热裂、冷裂和变形等应力缺陷。较为详细地介绍了塑材压合机压板铸造工艺,借此讨论了运用此工艺的要点。 The gravitational self-compensation employing slanting pouring is an economical and reliable technology, which solves the shrinkage problem on the local hot spots of a casting and positively overcomes the defects such as sand inclusion, blowholes, and those defects caused by great thrinkage difference due to the different cooling speed, for instance, hot tears, cold cracks, deformations etc. The authors will introduce, in great detail, the casting technology of the upper shuttering in the pre...
