摘要
本文从隧道施工前和施工中设计与施工的关系对新奥法在隧道设计方面应注意的事项进行了讨论，试图说明各个阶段的设计特点及工作重点。
The paper discuss the notes in tunnel design with New Austria method in accordance with the rilationship between design and constructhion during and before the tunnel construction.It illustrates design characters and important points in different stage.
