摘要
通过游泳抓台式出发技术的教学与训练和有关定量研究，结果发现：抓台式出发的离台角度、重心移动、入水角度以及入水到达１０ｍ时间是评价出发动作的主要技术环节，结合以往研究，提出了游泳抓台式出发技术的训练方案。
Through studying the teaching of the grabstarting technique in swimming and the related findings.the author found out that angle of leaving,movement of body's gravity,angle of enteing water surface,and time to pass 10m,all are the main segments to evaluate the effect of the grabstarting technique.Combining the past findings,the author have put forward the training programme of the grabstarting technique in swimming.
