摘要
为探讨优秀运动员在最后两步助跑中速度的变化原因,笔者对10名一级以上跳远运动员进行了研究,并对最后两步中的多项指标对速度变化所产生的影响进行了分析。结果表明,助跑速度的下降是由着地角及蹬地角较小所致。
In order to research national jumper′s velocity during the last two approaching strides,this article makes some analysises basing on ten elite athletes as well as many their parameters that can affect the approaching velocity.the result shows that the landing angle and the juggling angle are the most principal factors that makes the approaching velocity descend.
