摘要
本文采用预先加温氧化浮选工艺单独处理金川有色金属公司二矿区富矿石浮选精矿,显著地降低了精矿氧化镁含量。考察了顶先加温氧化浮选工艺涉及的主要工艺因素对镍黄铁矿和叶蛇纹石可浮性的影响,并通过 X-光电子能谱、红外光谱,动电位测定研究了预先氧化浮选的微观过程。
This paper deals with a new technology of pre-oxidation Flotation process used to reduce MgO content in the flotation concentrate of Jinchuan Nickel Mine,which has shown good results.The factors affecting the flotability of pentlandite and serp- entine minerals were investigated.The mechanism of pre-oxidation flotation was also studied by microflotation tests,infrared spectra,microelectrophoresis and X-ray pho- toelectron spectra.
