新协同萃取体系的动力学研究

RESEARCH FOR KINETICS OF ALUMINUM EXTRACTION BY A NEW SYNERGISTIC SYSTEM

摘要 本文研究了D2EHPA-H_2RPA萃取Al^(3+)的动力学。发现该混合体系萃取Al^(3+)同时具有动力学和热力学两种协萃效应:既增加Al^(3+)的萃取速率,又提高了Al^(3+)的分配系数。多方面的研究结果证实该体系萃取Al^(3+)为界面化学反应控制机制。该体系为具有应用前景的新型混合萃取剂体系。 The kinetics of extraction of aluminum in the D_2EHPA-H_2RPA-H_2SO_4 system has been studied in a quiescent interface cell (lewis cell) with a well defined interfacial area. It is found that this system has simultaneously two series synergistic effects (kinetic and thermodynamic effects) and interfacial chemical reaction has a predominant effect in determining the extraction kinetics.
