摘要
为了延长覆钛母板的使用寿命并提高经济效益,本文从两方面作了改进。首先是改善钛面板胶结强度,即变平面压接为折齿埋接;用聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂代替丁腈橡胶改性环氧树脂做金属与非金属间胶粘剂。其次是增强基板抗酸性能,包括用酚醛-环氧共混改性胶作玻璃钢粘接剂,用聚酯纤维表面毡代替表层玻璃布,提高抗腐层结构中胶含量和抗酸性。
In order to lengthen the service life of titanium-coated mother platestwo modifications were made.Firstly,the three rims of the titanium sur-face plate in sawtooth form were embeded into the base plate whichconsisted of fibreglass reinforced plastics,Secondly,increasing the res-in content in the base plate & replacing fibreglass cloth by polyesterfibre felt could enhance the anticorrosion of the base plate.
