摘要
利用自行组装的实验装置,采用氢气提取-电导法测定了AlN粉末中硫量。确定了最佳分析条件:生成H2S的温度1000℃,氢气流速400mL/min,吸收液体积20mL,吸收时间20min,试样质量0 1000g。建立的分析方法简单可靠,相对标准偏差为5%左右。仪器的灵敏度为3×10-6g/μS,检出限为1μg/g。
