摘要
对 2 9例 ( 36只眼 )青光眼术后白内障患者在白内障超声乳化及人工晶体植入术后平均随诊 7 3个月 ( 2～ 30个月 ) ,97 2 2 %的患者术后矫正视力达 0 1以上 ,术后眼压均维持正常 ,术后并发症包括人工晶体前膜形成 ( 16 7% ) ,晶体后囊混浊 ( 8 33% )和前房出血 ( 2 78% )。
Twenty nine patients(thirty six eyes)were performed by the phacoemulsification with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation after glaucoma surgery.After a mean follow-up period of 7 3 months(range 2 to 30 months),the corrected visual acuity in 97 22% of the patients reached to 0 1 or better.All eyes have normal IOP.Postoperative complication included hyphema(2 78%)and posterior capsule opacification(8 33%).The results suggest that careful selection of cadidates,the operators ,technology and in...
