摘要
日本自中国引种茶树 ,发展茶业 ,传播茶文化 ,自称“世界茶叶第二祖国”。为了较全面地了解日本的这一历史 ,本文分别从古茶树的引种、最早的饮茶、传统的吃茶、茶类的变迁、茶业的兴起和茶文化的 6个形成部分进行了论述。
Since tea trees were introduced from China,tea industry was developed and tea culture was spread in Japan,Japan called itself “the 2 nd motherland of tea in the world”.In order to know about the history entirely,six parts (ancient tea trees introduced to plant,pioneer tea drinking,traditional tea drinking,teas whirligig,tea industry arising and tea cultrue forming)were dealt in this paper.
