摘要
针对电力系统接地网故障的特点,提出了地网故障诊断判据,证明了其必要性和充分性;并利用节点电压灵敏度矩阵构成的故障诊断方程,实现了故障定位。仿真验证了该方法的正确性、可靠性。
according to the feature of power systerm ground network,this paper presents the criterion of fault diagnosis for the ground network,and proves its essential and sufficiency.using the sensitivity matrix equation of node valtage,it found the fault location.the simulating test confirmed its correctness and reliability.
