摘要
通过对学生“厌课”现象的原因分析 ,探索如何克服学生“厌学”心理 ,使体育教学面向全体学生 ,提高教学质量。研究方法 :文献资料法、调查法、问卷法。主要结果与结论 :体育教学在加强教师素质 ,合理安排教学内容、手段的同时 ,应重视调节 ,激发学生参与体育活动的动力因素 ,从学生的内在过程方面推动个体参与体育活动的积极性与持久性。
