摘要
篮球运动的快速发展 ,需要一支相匹配的裁判队伍 ,但目前市县以下地区 ,特别是普通中学裁判人员较少 ,水平偏低 ,因此培养具有一定专业水平的等级裁判员 ,对推动篮球运动的正常开展 ,推动全民健身运动的全面实施 ,是非常必要的。
With the rapid development of basketball sport,a high level referee team is needed.But at present in such areas as administered by county government and municipality,referees are lacking,especially in high schools and their knowledge of refereeing is not satisfactory.Therefore,the fostering of high level referee is becoming more and more important.It can play an important role in popularizing basketball sport and also getting the whole nation involved in sports to improve their constitutions.
