摘要
课题运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地访问法和数理统计法等 ,对浙江省小学体育教师队伍的现状及职前培养和职后培训发展状况进行了调查和分析 ,进而提出了完善小学体育教师队伍的对策。
By using the method of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,the author makes an analysis and investigation on present situation,developing education of pre-profession and post-profession,then some countermeasures are put forward to improve and perfect the construction of primary school P.E teachers.
