摘要
教师素质是教师在教育教学活动中表现出来的 ,决定其教学效果并对学生身心发展具有直接和间接影响的心理品质的总和。教师素质是一个不断变化的概念 ,不同时期 ,不同国家对于教师素质的要求有所不同 ,全面发展教师的综合素质 ,是社会发展的必然。
The qualities of teachers are always displayed in teaching activities.They determined the teachers′teaching effects as well as the students′physical and psychological development.They are also changeable,different periods,different countries ask for different qualities of teachers.With the speeding up of the globalism,the unification of the qualities for teachers is being sought.
