摘要
目的:探讨锁骨、髌骨、跟骨轴位摄影在伤残鉴定中的应用价值.方法:选择伤残鉴定中锁骨、髌骨、跟骨外伤临床确诊骨折的各80例,在常规DR正侧位摄片基础上加照轴位片.结果:锁骨外伤80例中常规正侧位片显示骨折者为52例,加照轴位后显示骨折者为67例;髌骨外伤80例中常规正侧位片显示骨折者为55例,加照轴位后显示骨折者为71例;跟骨外伤80例中常规正侧位片显示骨折者为54例,加照轴位后显示骨折者为70例.锁骨加照轴位后阳性率高出常规摄片18.7%,髌骨加照轴位后阳性率高出常规摄片20%,跟骨加照轴位后阳性率高出常规摄片20%(p<0.05).结论:锁骨、髌骨、跟骨轴位摄影在伤残鉴定中对外伤骨折的检出率较单纯正侧位片有大幅度提高,具有很高的应用价值.
Objective:To evaluate the application value of clavicle,patella and calcaneus axial projection in disabled appraisal.Methods:Select 80 cases in each group,with clavicle,patella and calcaneus clinical fracture patient in disabled appraisal,there were the frontal and lateral X ray film,add axial X ray film.Results:Of 80 cases of clavicle fracture,only 52 cases of fracture could be demonstrated,but after the axial projection was adopted,67 cases of fracture could be demonstrated.Of 80 cases of patella fracture,only 55 cases of fracture could be demonstrated,but after the axial projection was adopted,71 cases of fracture could be demonstrated.Of 80 cases of Calcaneus fracture,only 54 cases of fracture could be demonstrated,but after the axial projection was adopted,70 cases of fracture could be demonstrated.compare with the frontal and lateral X ray film,after Clavicle,Patella and Calcaneus were examinated by the axial projection,the positive rates were increased 18.7%,20%,20%respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clavicle,Patella and Calcaneus Axial Projection had greatly improved the positive rate of fracture in disabled appraisal,had high application.
