三臂凿岩台车配合玻纤锚杆加固掌子面技术

摘要 在以往隧道施工中当遇到前方围岩为大规模的IV、V级不良地质段,如断层破碎带或岩溶等情况,传统的方法是施作管棚、小导管再进行注浆等加固措施,然后通过台阶法、CRD法等人工分部开挖的方法进行通过,工序复杂,施工进度慢,工作效率低;如果结合'新意法'施工的理念,通过三臂凿岩台车配合玻璃纤维注浆锚杆对隧道掌子面正前方进行预注浆加固,加固后同样采用三臂凿岩台车、三臂拱架安装台车、湿喷机械手等大型机械进行作业,可全面实现机械化全断面开挖的效果,极大地提高了工程进度,也降低了施工风险.该项技术可供类似工程借鉴. In the past days,while encountering bad geological conditions such as fault fracture zone or karst in rock class IV and V sections, the traditional treatment method for tunnel is applying pipe roof and forepoling ducts first, then grouting those pipes and ducts to improve the tunnel stability, and finally using manual excavation with bench method or CRD method. That treatment method is a complex and slow process, and the efficiency is low. If we take the idea of the 'new Italy method' to reinforce the tunnel face with three-arm drilling rig and fiberglass grouting bolt, and then use three-arm drilling rig, three-arm arch installation operation platform, wet spraying machine and other large machines to carry out the construction,we can achieve the fully effects of full face excavation, improve the construction progress greatly, and reduce the construction risk simultaneously. This technology can be used as reference for similar projects.
