摘要
目的观察卡介菌多糖核酸联合布地奈德治疗慢性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法选择我院内科、急诊科共60例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,两组患者在急性发作期均给予抗菌消炎、止咳化痰、平喘等药物治疗,治疗组在上述方法上给予卡介菌多糖核酸联合布地奈德治疗,观察各组治疗前后病情变化。结果观察组有效率为96.7%,对照组为73.3%。结论采用卡介菌多糖核酸联合布地奈德治疗慢性支气管炎可有效缓解病情,降低复发率。
Objective To observe the BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid with budesonide therapy the clinical curative ef ect of chronic bronchitis.Methods Our hospital internal medicine,emergency department,a total of 60 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group 30 cases,two groups of patients in acute phase were given antibacterial anti-inflammatory,reduce phlegm to smooth wheezing(such as drug therapy,the treatment group on the above method to give BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid with budesonide therapy,were observed before and after each treatment condition changes.Results Observation group ef ective rate was 96.7%,the control group was 73.3%.Conclusion The use of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid with budesonide therapy of chronic bronchitis can ef ectively al eviate illness,reduce the recurrence rate.
