摘要
目的分析本中心长途转运危重患者的院前急救护理情况,总结长途转运的院前急救护理经验。方法采用回顾性方法分析本中心2012年6月~2013年12月接诊的286例长途转运危重患者的院前急救护理情况。结果救护车长途转运的286例危重患者,285例安全顺利转到目的地,1例途中死亡,长途转运中无医疗纠纷及医疗急救护理安全责任事故发生。结论在履行长途转运的法律程序及具备先进设备救护车的前提下,做好转运前护理评估,途中密切监测病情变化并及时处理,长途转运危重患者是安全、可行的。
Objective Analysis of the first aid nursing center long distance transport of critical y il patients with pre-hospital,nursing experience of long distance transport of pre-hospital first aid.Methods The 286 cases of long distance transport of critical y ill patients with method of analysis of the center in 2012 June 2013 December were retrospective pre hospital emergency nursing.Results 286 cases of critical y il patients with long-distance transport ambulances,285 safe and smooth to the destination,1 cases died,no medical disputes in emergency medical care and long-distance transport accident.Conclusion In the performance of long distance transport under the premise of legal procedures and have advanced equipment the ambulance,nursing assessment,before transshipment en route is closely monitoring condition changes and timely processing,long distance transport critical y il patients is safe and feasible.
