摘要
目的:观察和探讨彩色多普勒超声在乳腺病诊断中的应用价值。方法按年龄将所有患者分成三组,并分析三组患者之间出现不同乳腺病的概率。结果不同年龄层的女性患乳腺疾病的种类不同,其中20~29岁的女性患乳腺纤维腺瘤的发病率较高,而30~39岁的女性乳腺增生症的发病率明显高于其他年龄层。结论彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺病患者价值明显,并且其在鉴别良恶性肿瘤方面有其显著的优势,所以值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective Observe and approach the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of disease of mammary gland.Methods Al patients were divided into three groups by age,and analyze the probability of dif erent disease of mammary gland among the patients in three groups.Results Female of dif erent ages suf ered from dif erent disease of mammary gland,and 20 to 29-year-old women suf ered from the higher incidence of breast fibroadenoma,while the incidence of cyclomastopathy of 30 to 39-year-old women was higher than that of other age groups.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound diagnose patients with disease of mammary gland,which has obvious value,and it has significant advantages in terms of dif erential diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors,which is worth popularizing in clinic.
