摘要
目的:探讨E-cadherin、P53在乳腺伴髓样特征的癌中表达及临床病理意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测42例乳腺伴髓样特征的癌中E-cadherin、P53的表达。结果 E-cadherin和P53蛋白表达阳性率在乳腺伴髓样特征的癌中表达分别为81%(34/42)和40%(17/42)。 E-cadherin表达阳性率与淋巴结转移呈显著相关(P<0.05),而与患者年龄、肿瘤大小及是否远处转移无关(P>0.05);P53表达及阳性程度随着肿瘤病理组织学分级、淋巴结转移而增加。结论 E-cadherin和P53蛋白的表达差异是影响乳腺伴髓样特征的癌预后的重要原因。
Objective To explore expression of E-cadherin and P53 protein and clinical Pathological significance in the carcinomas with Medul ary features of Breast.Methods Using immunohistochemical method to detect the expression of E-cadherin and P53 in 42 cases of carcinomas with Medul ary features.Results E-cadherin and P53 protein expression positive rate in the carcinomas with Medul ary features of Breast was 81%(34/42)and 40%(17/42).E-cadherin expression positive rate was significantly cor elated with lymph node metastases(<0.05),and regardless of with age of the patient,tumor size,distant metastasis(>0.05).P53 expression rate and positive degree increased with pathology histology classification,lymph node metastasis.Conclusion E-adherin and P53 protein expression dif erence is the important reasons influence carcinomas with Medul ary features prognosis.
