经皮椎体成形术治疗骨松性椎体压缩性骨折32例应用体会

摘要 目的:探讨经皮椎体后凸成形术(percutaneous kyphoplasty,PKP)治疗32例骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折(osteoporosis vertebra compressed fracture,OVCF)的治疗效果和体会。方法采用回顾性分析我院自2013年10月~2015年3月采用PKP治疗OVCF病患32例,通过比较采用PKP方法治疗的患者术前、术后3 d及术后6个月疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)和cobb角评价临床疗效。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术,术后患者疼痛症状得到迅速而有效的缓解,术后随访6~13个月(平均9个月),通过对术后3 d及术后6个月随访时的VAS评分和cobb角与手术前比较改善明显,差异均有统计学意义(<0.05),但术后3 d与术后6个月随访时VAS评分和cobb角进行比较,差异均无统计学意义(>0.05)。结论 PKP方法治疗OVCF可有效缓解胸腰背部疼痛,重建压缩椎体高度,是治疗OVCF有效的方法。
