摘要
目的:探索A群C群脑膜炎球菌多糖疫苗生产中奈瑟脑膜炎双球菌传代培养的最适培养基。方法用BD代替酸水解酪蛋白制备相应的培养基,传代培养4~5 h,以收获菌体量来确定较好培养基配比。结果 BD用于A群C群奈瑟脑膜炎菌培养细菌数高,能稳定提高奈瑟脑膜炎双球菌的产量。结论 BD可作为A群C群奈瑟脑膜炎双球菌培养的最适培养基。
Objective To explore the optimal medium for culture of the meningococas polysaccharide vaccine.Methods The caseinic acid of BD medium was changed,The Neisseria meningitids was cultived for four-five hours.And the bactertrial to determine the best formulation of the medium was harvested.Results The caseinic acid of BD medium have the advantages of good culture.Conclusion The caseinic acid of BD medium is one of good formulation mediums in cultiving Neisseria meningitids.we should exchange the chemical composition of medium with the Bacterium changed.
