摘要
目的:探讨在手术中对患者采取连续动脉血压监测的重要性,以及在应用中的观察及护理。方法对32例留置动脉导管进行有创动脉血压监测的患者进行观察护理,熟练掌握监测方法,预防并发症的护理措施。结果32例持续有创血压监测的患者均无出现套管阻塞、滑脱、出血、血栓、感染等并发症。结论采取科学有效的有创血压监测及护理措施,能够预防并发症的发生,使患者顺利度过手术期,取得满意的临床效果。
Objective To discuss the surgery for patients to take the importance of continuous arterial blood pressure monitoring,and the application of observation and nursing care.Methods 32 cases of lien artery catheter for patients with invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring for the nursing,mastering monitoring method,nursing measures to prevent complications.Results 32 patients with continuous invasive blood pressure monitoring were not appear casing obstruction,slippage,bleeding,blood clots,complications such as infection.Conclusion Adopt scientific and effective invasive blood pressure monitoring and nursing measures,can prevent the happening of the complications,make the patients through operation period,obtain satisfactory clinical effect.
