摘要
目的:探讨医院开展优质护理服务的实施及影响。方法对医院正式启动'优质护理服务示范工程'以来的情况进行总结和分析。结果通过开展成效来为患者提高更好的服务,提高患者的满意度及护理工作质量、增进了护患的感情。结论优质护理服务能明显提高护理技能水平和质量,增强护士服务意识,提升护理服务的品牌。
Objective To explore the hospital to carry out the implementation of the quality of nursing service and its influence.Methods Hospital formally launched since the'high quality nursing service demonstration project'is summarized and analyzed.Results By conducting effective to improve the better service for patients,improve patient satisfaction and nursing quality,promotes the feeling of the nurse.Conclusion High quality nursing service can significantly improve the level and quality of nursing skills,enhance the nurse service consciousness,improve nursing service brand.
