摘要
目的 探讨康复训练护理对于尺桡骨双骨折患者的临床治疗价值.方法 本研究选择2014年6月~2016年6月到医院骨科接受治疗的136例尺桡骨双骨折患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法,将患者分成观察组和对照组各68例.对照组患者采用常规的护理模式进行护理服务,观察组患者则在常规护理的基础上进行康复训练护理.比较两组患者护理之后出现并发症情况以及患肢功能恢复情况.结果 对两组患者分别采用不同的护理模式之后,观察组患者的患者功能的恢复情况要明显好于对照组患者患肢功能的恢复情况,此外,观察组患者出现并发症的概率也要显著低于对照组患者出现并发症的概率,两组患者进行比较的数据存在明显差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对尺桡骨双骨折患者采用康复训练的护理模式能够有效改善患者病情发展状况,在提升患者肢体功能的恢复情况的同时,有效降低患者出现并发症的概率,对于患者后续的康复治疗具有积极影响,值得在临床护理过程中,进一步推广使用.
Objective To investigate the clinical value of rehabilitation training nursing for patients with ulna and radius double fracture.Methods In this study,136 patients with ulna and radius double fracture undergoing orthopedics in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected as the research object.The patients were divided into observation group and control group,with 68 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with the conventional nursing model,and those in the observation group were treated with rehabilitation training on the basis of routine nursing.Complications and recovery of limb function after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After the two groups of patients were treated with different modes of care,the recovery of patient's function in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.In addition,the probability of complication in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups of patients in the data,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing model on the ulnar and radial fracture patients can effectively improve the patient's condition development,in promoting the recovery of limb function situation at the same time,reduce the probability of complications,have a positive impact on the rehabilitation of patients with follow-up,it is worth in clinical nursing process,to further promote the use.
