摘要
目的 对腹型过敏性紫癜患者中应用综合护理干预效果进行探讨.方法 选择我院2014年1月~2016年12月收治132例腹型过敏性紫癜患者进行研究,依据住院时间划分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者护理采用常规护理措施,观察组患者接受综合性护理干预,进行两组患者护理满意度、腹痛缓解时间、皮疹消退时间的对比.结果 观察组患者护理满意度比对照组高,腹痛缓解时间、皮疹消退时间比对照组短,各项指标组间比较差异显著.结论 在腹型过敏性紫癜患者中开展综合护理干预,能够提升患者满意度,降低腹痛缓解时间和皮疹消退时间,具有较高的临床推广价值.
Objective To explore the application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with abdominal type allergic purpura effect.Methods Select our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 admitted 132 cases of abdominal allergic purpura patients were divided into control group and observation group according to hospitalization time,the control group of patients nursing routine nursing measures,observation group patients receiving comprehensive nursing intervention,the two groups of patients satisfaction with care,abdominal pain relief time,rash subsided time comparison.Results The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than the control group,the duration of abdominal pain,rash subsided time shorter than the control group,the indicators of significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion In patients with abdominal type allergic purpura,comprehensive nursing intervention can improve patient satisfaction,reduce abdominal pain relief time and rash subsided time,and has high clinical value.
