摘要
目的:探讨多西环素联合壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜治疗非淋菌性宫颈炎的应用效果。方法:选择2016年1月—2017年11月我院收治的非淋菌性宫颈炎患者90例,根据治疗方法的不同分为两组,各45例。对照组给予盐酸多西环素片(100 mg,bid,po)治疗,观察组给予多西环素(同对照组)联合壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜(1次/周)治疗。比较两组疗效、支原体监测转阴时间、阴道分泌物消失时间、症状消失时间;治疗前后白细胞计数、生活质量量表评分及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组白细胞计数、生活质量量表评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组支原体监测转阴时间、阴道分泌物消失时间、症状消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:多西环素联合壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜治疗非淋菌性宫颈炎的疗效确切,可降低炎症水平,缩短病程,改善患者生活质量,且安全性高,值得推广应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of doxycycline combined with chitosan cervical antimicrobial membrane on non-gonococcal cervicitis.Methods:90 patients with non-gonococcal cervicitis admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to November 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,45 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with doxycycline hydrochloride tablets(100 mg,bid,po),and the patients in the observation group were treated with doxycycline(same as the control group)combined with chitosan cervical antimicrobial membrane(once a week).The efficacy,the time of monitoring the negative conversion of mycoplasma,the disappearance time of vaginal secretions,the disappearance time of symptoms,white blood cell count,the scores of quality of life scale before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the white blood cell count and the scores of quality of life scale in the observation group were superior to those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of monitoring the negative conversion of mycoplasma,the disappearance time of vaginal secretions and the disappearance time of symptoms in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Doxycycline combined with chitosan cervical antimicrobial membrane is effective in the treatment of non-gonococcal cervicitis,which can reduce inflammation level,shorten disease course and improve the quality of life of patients,and has high safety,and is worth popularizing and applying.
