摘要
目的探讨营养路径管理模式在二、三度烧伤患者术后干预效果及对社会支持的影响.方法选择2021年5月—2022年6月二、三度烧伤患者50例为研究对象,所有患者均行手术治疗,采用信封法将其随机分两组各25例.对照组采取常规方法护理,观察组采取常规护理联合营养路径管理模式,两组患者均予干预2个月后评估效果,比较两组营养状态、社会支持、视觉模拟疼痛(VAS)得分及并发症情况.结果两组干预2个月后营养状态较干预前改善(P<0.05);观察组总蛋白、前清蛋白、血红蛋白及转铁蛋白均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预2个月后社会支持水平较前提高,疼痛较前减轻(P<0.05);观察组主观及客观支持、支持利用度得分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后出血、肺部感染、红肿、应激性溃疡及胃肠道症状发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论营养路径管理模式用于二、三度烧伤患者术后能改善患者营养状态,提高社会支持水平,减轻患者疼痛,治疗安全性较高,值得推广应用.
Objective To explore the intervention effect of the nutrition pathway management model on postoperative care of second and third degree burn patients and its impact on social support.Methods Fifty patients with second and third degree burns from May 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All patients underwent surgical treatment and were randomly divided into two groups using the envelope method,with 25 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received a combination of routine nursing care and the nutrition pathway management model.Both groups of patients were intervened for 2 months and their effects were evaluated.The nutritional status,social support,visual analogue pain(VAS)scores,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The nutritional status of the two groups was improved after 2 months of intervention compared with before intervention(P<0.05).The levels of total protein,prealbumin,hemoglobin and transferrin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After two months of intervention,the social support level of the two groups increased,and the pain decreased compared with before intervention(P<005).The subjective and objective support and support utilization scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of postoperative bleeding,pulmonary infection,redness and swelling,stress ulcers,and gastrointestinal symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nutrition pathway management model used for postoperative patients with second and third degree burns can improve their nutritional status,increase social support levels,alleviate patient pain,and has high treatment safety.It is worth promoting and applying.
