摘要
目的分析高血压性脑出血患者应用小骨窗颅内血肿清除术治疗效果.方法选取60例本院在2018年1月~2020年1月收治的高血压性脑出血患者为对象,将患者采用随机掷骰子法分两组,对照组为常规治疗,观察组选择小骨窗颅内血肿清除术治疗,对比疗效.结果观察组患者治疗有效率明显优于对照组,观察组患者术中出血量更少,手术时间以及住院时间更短,差异明显(P<0.05).结论对于高血压性脑出患者,在治疗过程中采用小骨窗颅内血肿清除术能提升疗效,对患者的负面伤害更小,治疗中,要重视.
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of small bone window intracranial hematoma removal in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods a total of 60 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as subjects.The patients were divided into two groups by random dice.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received intracranial hematoma clearance through the small bone window,and the efficacy was compared.Results The effective rate of the patients in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group.The patients in the observation group had less intraoperative blood loss,shorter operative time and hospital stay,with significant differences(<0.05).Conclusion For patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,the removal of intracranial hematoma through the small bone window can improve the curative effect and cause less negative harm to the patients.Therefore,attention should be paid to the treatment.
