摘要
海南省石山镇是全国首个“互联网+农业小镇”.通过实地调研,从“互联网+农业小镇”的农民增收情况、农村人才情况和农村人居环境整治3方面总结了当前海南省“互联网+农业小镇”的发展现状及做法经验,分析其存在的问题,并针对性地提出对策建议,旨在为新时代乡村振兴发展探寻可借鉴的经验.
Shishan Town of Hainan Province is the first"Internet+farming town"in China.Through on-the-spot investigation and analysis,this paper summarized the current situation and practical experience of"Internet+farming town"in Hainan Province from the following three aspects:the increase of farmers’income,the supply and demand of talented people and the improvement of rural living environment.The existing problems were also analyzed,and targeted countermeasures and suggestions on rural revitalization were put forward,aiming at exploring the development experience that can be used in the new era as reference.
