摘要
目的:优化龟鹿补肾片配方和制备工艺。方法:根据片剂成型指标评价进行龟鹿补肾片配方的筛选,在确定配方后以多指标综合评价进一步确定制备工艺。结果:最终确定龟鹿补肾片制备工艺为加入15%(w/w)的80%乙醇制软材,过14目筛进行制粒,颗粒干燥后整粒16目,加入4%的交联聚维酮(XL)和1%二氧化硅混匀压制成片。结论:根据片剂成型指标及多指标综合评价的方法,能快速确定龟鹿补肾片的配方和制备工艺有效,符合大规模生产的需求。
Objective:To optimize the formulation and preparation technology of Guilu Bushen tablet.Methods:The formula of Guilu Bushen tablet was selected according to the evaluation of tablet forming index,and the preparation process was further determined by multi-index comprehensive evaluation.Results:Finally,the preparation process of Guilu Bushen tablet was as follows:adding 15%(w/w)80%ethanol to make soft material,granulating after 14 mesh sieve,drying the whole grain 16 mesh,adding 4%Crospovidone(XL)and 1%silica to mix and press into pieces.Conclusion:The formula and preparation technology of Guilu Bushen tablet can be determined quickly according to the method of tablet forming index and multi-index comprehensive evaluation.
