摘要
目的探讨康复训练对四肢骨折患者关节功能的影响。方法在医院骨伤科2017年1月—2018年1月诊治的四肢骨折患者中选取80例,按康复干预方案不同分组,将应用常规康复干预方案者设为对照组(40例),将加用康复训练干预者设为研究组(40例),就2组患者干预前后关节功能变化以及主观护理体验差异进行统计学分析。结果研究组患者主观护理体验优良率(100.00%)高于对照组(85.00%)(χ~2=4.505,P=0.034);干预后,研究组、对照组的Fugl-Meyer量表评分均高于干预前,且前者高于后者(t=28.647、18.150、7.018,P=0.000)。结论康复训练对四肢骨折患者关节功能有正性影响,并能予以患者理想的主观护理体验,值得借鉴。
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation training on joint function of patients with limb fracture.Methods Eighty patients with limb fracture treated in orthopedics and traumatology department of hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the research subjects and were divided into two groups according to different rehabilitation intervention schemes:those who applied conventional rehabilitation intervention schemes were set as the control group(n=40),and those who added rehabilitation training intervention were set as the study group(n=40),before the intervention of the two groups.The changes of posterior joint function and the differences of subjective nursing experience were statistically analyzed.Result The excellent rate of subjective nursing experience in the study group(100.00%)was higher than that in the control group(85.00%)(2=4.505,P=0.034).After intervention,the Fugl-Meyer scale scores of the study group and the control group were higher than those before intervention,and the former was higher than the latter(t=28.647,18.150,7.018,P=0.000).Conclusion Rehabilitation training has a positive effect on the joint function of patients with limb fracture,and can provide patients with ideal subjective nursing experience,which is worthy of reference.
