摘要
目的分析中医护理方案对脾胃虚寒证功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法选择2018年7月—2019年7月收治的脾胃虚寒证功能性消化不良患者86例,以随机数字表法分为中医护理组和对照组,每组43例。对照组口服莫沙必利片,中医护理组在对照组的基础上给予中医护理方案。观察2组患者中医证候积分、治疗效果和不良反应的情况。结果中医护理组的中医证候积分不仅明显低于治疗前,并且明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。中医护理组治疗总有效率95.3%,明显高于对照组的81.4%(P<0.05)。中医护理组不良反应发生率为4.7%,明显低于对照组的20.9%(P<0.05)。结论对脾胃虚寒证功能性消化不良患者应用中医护理方案,可显著改善患者症状,治疗效果明显,且不良反应发生率低,有较高的安全性,可在临床中推广。
Objective Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing plan on functional dyspepsia of syndrome of deficient cold of spleen and stomach.Methods From July 2018 to July 2019,86 patients with functional dyspepsia of syndrome of deficient cold of spleen and stomach were selected and divided into TCM nursing group and control group with random number expression method,with 43 cases in each group.In the control group took orally mosapride tablet,and the traditional Chinese medicine nursing group was given the auxiliary treatment of traditional Chinese medicine nursing plan on the basis of the control group.The TCM syndrome score,treatment effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The TCM syndrome score of TCM nursing group was not only lower than that before treatment,but also lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM nursing group was 95.3%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.4%)(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the TCM nursing group was 4.7%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.9%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing plan to functional dyspepsia of syndrome of deficient cold of spleen and stomach can significantly improve the symptoms of patients,the treatment effect is obvious,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,with high safety,which can be popularized in clinical practice.
