摘要
目的探讨中医特色健康教育在老年四肢骨折患者中的临床应用价值。方法以密集抽样法选取近1年本院80例老年四肢骨折患者,采用平行对照法分为研究组(中医特色健康教育)与对照组(常规护理)。比较干预效果。结果研究组健康知识知晓率高于对照组(P=0.033);干预后,研究组SAS、SDS、AIS评分低于对照组(均P=0.000)。结论对老年四肢骨折患者应用中医特色健康教育效果显著。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of TCM characteristic health education in elderly patients with limb fractures.Methods Intensive sampling method was used to select 80 elderly patients with limb fractures in our hospital in recent one year.They were divided into study group(TCM characteristic health education)and control group(routine health education)by parallel control method.The effect of intervention was compared.Results The awareness rate of health knowledge in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.033).After intervention,SAS,SDS and AIS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P=0.000,0.000,0.000).Conclusion The application of TCM characteristic health education in elderly patients with limb fractures has significant effect.
