摘要
目的分析与讨论皖南医学院在校大学生痤疮患者接受中、西医治疗的情况及其效果。方法随机问卷调查皖南医学院222名在校大学生,对痤疮患者进行西医分级与中医辨证分型,统计其接受中、西医治疗情况并结合相关文献进行分析。结果仅接受西医治疗患者(42.34%)多于接受中医(18.91%)与中西医结合治疗(9.90%)的患者,但西医治愈率(65.95%)低于中医(76.19%)与中西医结合治疗(86.36%)。结论痤疮治疗应重视中医治疗,强调中西医结合,可更好地治愈疾病。
Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment acne of college students in Wannan Medical College.Methods A random questionnaire survey was conducted among 222 students,and the acne patients were classified according to western medicine and Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation.Results More patients received western medicine therapy(42.34%)than traditional Chinese medicine therapy(18.91%)and combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine(86.36%),but the cure rate of western medicine(65.95%)was lower than that of traditional Chinese medicine(76.19%)and that of therapy of integrated medicine(86.36%).Conclusion The treatment of acne should pay more attention to the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,emphasize the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and better cure the disease.
