摘要
目的观察内分泌失调中医辨证治疗的效果。方法研究时间2017年6月—2018年6月,将收治的130例内分泌失调的患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成2组,每组65例;对照组采用常规西医治疗,中医组开展中医辨证治疗;对治疗前后雌激素指标变化情况(雌二醇、促卵泡激素)、2组治疗效果及不良反应发生情况进行比较。结果治疗后2组雌激素指标均不同程度升高,2组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。2组随访总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论内分泌失调中医辨证效果显著,患者激素水平恢复较好,且无严重不良反应,安全有效。
Objective To observe the effect of TCM in treating endocrine disordersbased on syndrome differentiation.Methods From June 2017 to June 2018,130 patients with endocrine disorders were enrolled in the study.They were divided into two groups according to the numerical randomization method,with 65 in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was conducted with TCM based on syndrome differentiation.Changes in estrogen index before and after treatment(estradiol,follicle stimulating hormone),comparison of treatment effects and adverse reactions between the two groups was compared.Results The estrogen index of the two groups increased after treatment.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the control group was VS traditional Chinese medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was VS in the Chinese medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of TCM in treating endocrine disordersbased on syndrome differentiation is significant,the patient’s hormone level recovers well,and there is no serious adverse reaction,which is safe and effective.
