摘要
目的探讨通腑平喘汤对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者肺功能及血气指标的影响。方法选取于2018年2月—2019年5月收治的84慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,在此基础上观察组患者加用通腑平喘汤。治疗后,记录2组患者的临床疗效,并分析治疗前后肺功能与血气指标水平。结果观察组的总有效率93.55%(29/31)相比对照组64.52%(20/31)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组患者的PaO2、OI、SaO2指标均有提升,Lac指标均有下降,但观察组指标相比对照组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组肺功能指标水平均有上升,但观察组指标改善效果与对照组相比更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭使用通腑平喘汤,有利于提升患者血气指标,改善患者肺功能,治疗效果显著。
Objective To investigate the effect of Tongfu Pingchuan decoction on pulmonary function and blood gas index in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure.Methods From February 2018 to May 2019,84 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure were randomly divided into control group(n=42)and observation group(n=42).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,on the basis of which the patients in the observation group were treated with Tongfu Pingchuan decoction.After treatment,the clinical effect of the two groups was recorded,and the levels of pulmonary function and blood gas indexes before and after treatment were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.55%(29/31)was higher than that of the control group 64.52%(20/31),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the PaO2,OI,SaO2 index of the two groups increased and the Lac index decreased,but the index of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of pulmonary function indexes in the two groups increased,but the improvement effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongfu Pingchuan decoction is beneficial to the promotion of blood gas index of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure,improves the lung function of patients,and has significantly therapeutic effect.
