摘要
目的观察平刺阿是穴配合冲击波治疗青少年运动员胫骨骨膜炎的疗效。方法选取2015年1月—2018年12月治疗的42名患有胫骨骨膜炎的青少年运动员患者,分别经过3个月至2年的田径专项训练后出现跑步和跳跃时胫骨内侧疼痛,部分患者甚至影响正常行走。检查有小腿胫骨内侧中下段压痛明显,触之凹凸不平,结合彩色多普勒超声波诊断为胫骨骨膜炎。采用随机数字表法分为2组,A组21例单纯应用冲击波治疗仪对患者胫骨内侧疼痛最明显的区域合理选择冲击波治疗参数进行治疗。B组21例以平刺阿是穴配合冲击波进行治疗。2个疗程后统计疗效。结果经过治疗,A组胫骨骨膜炎患者治疗有效率为76.2%,B组胫骨骨膜炎患者治疗有效率为95.2%,B组治疗总有效率明显高于A组,P<0.05。结论平刺阿是穴配合冲击波治疗青少年运动员胫骨骨膜炎是一种有效的治疗方法,在临床各级医院均可实施,具有临床应用和推广价值,并体现了中医针灸学的特色。
Objective To observe the curative effect of transverse needling at Ashi-point combined with shock wave on tibial periostitis in adolescent athletes.Methods 42 patients with tibial periostitis athletes patients from January 2015 to December 2018 were selected.They had tibial pain after 3 months to 2 years of specialized training when running and jumping.Some patients feel pain even walk normally.They were divided into group A and group B by the random number table method.21 patients in group A were treated with therapy by shock wave.21 patients in group B were treated with transverse needling at Ashi-point combined with shock wave.The efficacy after 2 courses of treatment was analyzed.Results After treatment,the effective rate was 76.2%in group A and 95.2%in group B.And the total effective rate in group B was significantly higher than that in group A.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transverse needling at Ashi-point combined with shock wave therapy on tibial periostitis in adolescent athletes is an effective treatment method,which can be implemented in all levels of clinical hospitals,has clinical application and promotion value.
