摘要
目的探讨电针结合龙氏推拿及中药熏洗对缺血性中风偏瘫的影响。方法选择收治的99例缺血性中风偏瘫患者作为研究对象,在剔除无关因素的影响下随机分为对照1组、对照2组以及观察组各33例,对照1组给予电针治疗,对照2组给予电针结合龙氏推拿治疗,观察组在电针结合龙氏推拿的基础上增加中药熏洗治疗,均以治疗2周为一疗程。治疗2个疗程后通过Barthel指数、Fugl-Meyer指数及临床总有效率比较3组患者的临床疗效。结果3组患者治疗2个疗程后Barthel指数和Fugl-Meyer指数均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.05),且观察组提高程度明显优于两对照组(P<0.05);3组临床治疗总有效率比较:观察组(96.97%)>对照1组(90.91%)>对照2组(81.82%),经统计学软件分析得出P<0.05,3组比较差异有显著性意义。结论电针结合龙氏推拿及中药熏洗治疗缺血性中风偏瘫疗效确切,能有效地改善临床症状,减少致残率,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of electro-acupuncture combined with Long’s massage and Chinese herbal fumigation and washing on hemiplegia caused by ischemic stroke.Methods Ninety-nine patients with hemiplegia due to ischemic apoplexy in our department were randomly divided into control group one,control group two and observation group,with 33 cases in each group.Control group one was treated with electro-acupuncture,control group two was treated with electro-acupuncture combined with Long’s massage.Observation group was treated with fumigation and washing of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of electro-acupuncture combined with Long’s massage.2 weeks was one course of treatment.After two courses of treatment,the clinical effects of three groups were compared by Barthel index,Fugl Meyer index and clinical total effective rate.Result Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer index of the three groups after two courses of treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement degree of the observation group was significantly better than that of the two control groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(96.97%),control group one(90.91%)and control group two(81.82%).Had significantly statistical difference P<0.05,and the difference was significant.Conclusion Electro-acupuncture combined with Long’s massage and Chinese herbal fumigation and washing is effective in the treatment of ischemic stroke hemiplegia,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms,reduce disability rate and improve the quality of life of patients.
