摘要
目的探讨使用小柴胡汤联合维生素C治疗免疫性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的临床效果。方法选取收治的84例ITP患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组(42例)和对照组(42例)。对照组在使用糖皮质激素治疗基础上给予维生素C口服治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用小柴胡汤治疗,2组均连续治疗20 d,统计2组临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组治疗效果显著优于对照组,观察组近期总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小柴胡汤联合维生素C治疗ITP可以提高临床治疗效果,降低常规治疗所引起的不良反应,且近期疗效显著优于常规治疗加用维生素C治疗,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiaochaihu decoction combined with vitamin C in the treatment of immune thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP).Methods 84 patients with ITP admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into observation group(n=42)and control group(n=42)according to the digital table method.The control group was treated with vitamin C on the basis of glucocorticoid therapy,while the observation group was treated with Xiaochaihu decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 20 days continuously.The clinical therapeutic effect and the incidence of toxic and side effects of the two groups after treatment were counted.Results After treatment,The clinical effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the short-term total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The total incidence of toxic side effects in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Xiaochaihu decoction and vitamin C in the treatment of ITP can improve the clinical therapeutic effect and reduce the toxic and side effects caused by conventional treatment,and the short-term efficacy is significantly better than that of conventional treatment plus vitamin C treatment,which is worthy of clinical application.
