摘要
目前的时代已进入"互联网+"的时代,区块链技术引起了世界各国追逐经济利益的浪潮。欧美各国纷纷建立了区块链技术研究中心,其应用场景涉及到大数据、数字货币、智能合约等多个领域,带领着传统的智能技术走向新的时代。当前区块链已涉及到金融、制造、交通、医疗等众多行业,尤其是在金融领域的应用更为广泛。本文讨论在区块链应用于金融的过程中,出现了诸如法律监管、网络安全等一系列问题,为解决这些问题应该建立网络安全秩序和加强金融监管机制等方法。
The current era has entered the"Internet+"era,and blockchain technology has caused waves of countries around the world to pursue economic interests.Countries in Europe and the United States have established blockchain technology research centers,and their application scenarios involve multiple fields such as big data,digital currency,and smart contracts,leading traditional smart technologies to a new era.The current blockchain has been involved in many industries such as finance,manufacturing,transportation,and medical care,especially in the financial field.This article discusses a series of problems such as legal supervision and network security in the process of blockchain application in finance.To solve these problems,methods such as network security order and strengthening financial supervision mechanism should be established.
