年龄多样性对新三板企业绩效的影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 本文根据新三板1531家制造型企业经验,通过混合截面数据,从中观企业层面对于年龄多样性,以及其对企业经营绩效的影响机理进行分析。得出:新三板公司年龄多样性对于劳动生产率有显著影响,不同种类的年龄多样性的作用方向有差异;年龄多样性对经营绩效有显著负向作用。
