激光技术在手印显现中的应用研究

摘要 在激光照射下,手印汗液中的无机物和有机物具有不同的显现效果,用于司法鉴定卓有成效。应用激光技术开展手印复原、特征显现、特征提取研究。以激光器为主要器材,设计三套手印显现实验方案:一是手印固有荧光显现实验;二是手印经荧光粉末处理后的显现实验;三是手印经"502"熏显,再经染色试剂染色的对比实验。研究发现:1)激光技术显现各种手印的荧光反应主要取决于形成手印的物质,受手印遗留客体的影响较小;2)激光器对矿物油、动植物油手印以及经荧光粉末或荧光试剂处理过的手印显现效果较好;3)对于非渗透性客体,经"502"熏显后,再采用荧光粉末或罗丹明6G进行染色,手印显现效果更好。 Under the laser radiation,the inorganic and organic substances in the fingerprint sweat have different display effects,which is highly effective in judicial expertise.Laser technology is applied into fingerprint restoration,feature display and feature extraction.Using laser device as the main equipment,3 sets of fingerprint display experiments are designed:one is the display experiment of fingerprint inherent fluorescence;another is the display experiment of fingerprint after being treated by fluorescent powder;the third is the contrast experiment of fingerprint after being fumigated by"502"and then dyed by dyeing reagent.The results show that:1)the fluorescence reaction of laser technology to show various fingerprints mainly depends on the substances that form fingerprints,which is less affected by the objects with fingerprints left behind;2)the laser technology has better effect on the fingerprints with mineral oil,animal and vegetable oil,and the fingerprints treated by fluorescent powder or fluorescent reagent;3)for non-permeable objects,after"502"fumigation and fluorescent powder or rhodamine 6 G dyeing,the effect of fingerprint display is better.
