摘要
泥浆消纳桩是一种由预制芯桩与桩周膏状浆液构成的一种新型桩型,该桩型通过将钻孔后产生的泥浆取出后在钻孔外与其他骨料搅拌形成膏状浆液,回注孔内后将预制芯桩插入,使得该桩型具有较好的承载性能,同时能够降低施工过程中的泥浆排放。为研究其荷载传递规律,研究不同配比下膏状浆液的各项指标与性能,并通过正交分析研究不同变量对膏状浆液各项指标的影响大小。同时采用现场植桩及荷载试验、桩身应力测试,分析各级荷载下芯桩及膏状浆液桩身轴力、桩侧摩阻力及桩端阻力分布特征。研究表明:相较与传统钻孔灌注桩,泥浆消纳植桩法能够显著减少植桩过程中泥浆排放量,且拥有更好的抗压强度;对不同规格的泥浆消纳桩进行对比试验,在一定范围内,泥浆消纳桩成孔直径的增大能够增强竖向承载能力,且泥浆消纳桩受力呈现明显的摩擦桩形态;成桩完成三个月后,在现场对泥浆消纳桩进行开挖与截断,各试桩均呈现整体的下沉破坏,芯桩与桩周膏状浆液并未发生脱落,说明泥浆消纳桩预制芯桩固化膏状浆液界面剪切能力大于固化膏状浆液外侧壁与土间的剪切作用。
Mud given pile core is a new type of pile composed of prefabricated pile and pile paste slurry.The mud produced after drilling is removed and stirred with other aggregates outside the drilling hole to form a paste slurry,then the prefabricated core pile is inserted into the hole after reinjection,so that the pile has better bearing capacity and can reduce the mud discharge during construction.In order to study the law of load transfer,various indexes and properties of paste slurry under different proportions were studied,and the influence of different variables on each index of paste slurry was studied by orthogonal analysis.At the same time,the field pile planting and load test and pile stress test were used to analyze the distribution characteristics of axial force,lateral friction and tip resistance of core pile and paste slurry pile under various loads.The research shows that:Compared with the traditional bored pile,the mud absorbing planting pile method can significantly reduce the mud discharge in the process of pile planting,and has better compressive strength.In a certain range,the increase of the hole diameter can enhance the vertical bearing capacity of the mud absorbing pile,and the force of the mud absorbing pile is in accord with friction pile.When the pile is completed for three months,the mud given pile is excavated and truncated on site,all the test piles showed subsidence failure as a whole,and the paste slurry around the core pile and the paste slurry did not fall off,indicating that the shear ability of the interface between the prefabricated core pile and the solidified paste slurry is greater than that between the outside wall and the soil of the solidified paste slurry.
