摘要
电子商务产业的快速发展,对电商人才的专业程度和实践能力都提出更高的要求。本文将OBE(Outcomes-based Education,产出导向教育)理念引入电子商务实践教学体系,在以能力培养为目标、以产出为导向的基础上,研究分析电子商务实践教学能力目标,重构实践教学体系和内容方案,并将实践教学和"双创"教育有机结合,不断优化实践教学内容,提高教学效果,提升电子商务人才的产出质量。
The rapid development of e-business industry demands higher professional proficiency and practical ability of e-business talents.To respond to this trend,OBE(Outcomes-based Education)concept is introduced into e-business practical teaching system.Our E-business practical teaching system is ability-focused and output oriented.Ultimated goal of ability-cultivating is studied,analyzed and designed.And E-business practical teaching system and contents are reshuffled.Hence,practical teaching and"entrepreneurship and innovation"education are combined organically to optimize continuously the practical teaching content,improve the teaching effect and enhance the quality of e-business talents.
